Spiral Staircase 8
Bradfabs were commissioned to make this balcony and spiral staircase combination for a customer in West Yorkshire.
The balcony extends the living space from the french doors, the glass panels allow maximum light through the windows and the composite flooring gives a natural contrast to the black steel.
After an initial site visit we took dimensions and agreed a design with the customer, we then produced pre manufacture drawings for approval.
The installation happened approximately 6 weeks after approval of drawings.
