Where do Bradfabs work?
We are a Bradford based company, operating nationwide
Do we need planning permission?
This is entirely dependant upon circumstances and we advise that you contact your local planning department to obtain confirmation.
What do Bradfabs need in order to provide a quotation
As much detail as possible would be best, photographs of the installation area are ideal but sometimes this is not always possible (i.e if the building is not yet built).
We would also require the project location, any rough measurements and what you / your client have in mind for the design elements of the project. Please let us know if you see any designs on our website that are a similar design.
What are your payment terms?
Generally, our payment terms are 1/3 upon order, which includes for site visit and technical drawings which will be sent to you for approval prior to manufacture, 1/3 upon manufacture and the final 1/3 is required within five days of us installing at your site.
Do Bradfabs supply or supply & fit?
We can offer all options from supply only, supply and fit or we can offer the design service only.
If you require we can breakdown the quotation to give you cost of the installation so you can decide whether you wish to install it yourself or get the installation done by your builder for example
What is your company process from quote to installation?
Once payment has been received for the first third, we will book in to attend site to undertake the relevant survey (within 2 weeks)
We will then produce general arrangement drawings for your approval. Please note we allow one week for drawing approval as standard (any longer than this may affect your lead time)
Once the drawings have been signed off by yourself, we will then proceed to produce manufacture drawings and start the procurement process.
After manufacture is completed, we will invoice out the second third prior to sending out for the relevant finished to be applied. (polishing, galvanising, powder coating etc)
Is delivery cost included within your supply only options?
Generally, our prices for supply only are based on ex works (Collection from us in Bradford BD4), Unless specifically stated otherwise on your quote
What payments methods do you accept?
The best payment method for us is via bacs transfer, our bank details can be found at the bottom of our invoices.
