Balcony 52
This balcony was not a straight forward installation, normally a balcony is supported by legs and the secured along the front edge of the property, unfortunately this particular house has a large bay window extending and this meant we could not fasten to the front edge. So the engineers at Bradfabs designed the supporting steel work to reach underneath to a solid wall.
All designed to match the upvc windows and giving lots of outside living space, just need to fingers crossed for the weather !
