Balcony 27
Bradfabs were commissioned to remove the old wooden balcony and replace with a large L shaped new one. This gave the customer access from the french windows through to the large section at the end which now hosts patio furniture.
One end of the balcony features privacy glass to help the customer satisfy building regulations as he had neighbours. Each planning department is slightly different so we suggest you approach each to obtain approval prior to installation.
The customer can enjoy this balcony for many years to come!
