Bradfabs were approached to price up removing the old wooden balcony shown in the later photos, not always so simple as the wooden joists ran into the house.
After safe removal Bradfabs installed a new balcony manufactured using galvanized mild steel powder coated brown to match the property.
The key fact with this balcony is that the customer requested a sealed floor to prevent dripping whilst standing underneath.
