“Fantastic service from design to installation with all the staff extremely helpful and reassuring. We had our old balcony replaced just a few weeks before the first lockdown and we have been so grateful we did given the situation since then. Thanks go in particular to the three lads doing the installation, working long hours in typical Welsh February weather and pouring rain with nothing but smiling faces. They were great lads, working hard and keeping a tidy site at all times and we very impressed with their problem solving on-site. We are really pleased with the finished product which has been used extensively over the past 16 months and have lucky enough to fully enjoy given the fabulous weather.
