“We have recently had our balcony installed and are extremely pleased with it and with the whole process; from initial contact, through to design, manufacture and installation. Bradfabs have worked with us, communicated well and been very friendly as well as professional. The only thing that we would recommend to improve things, from our personal perspective ,would be provision of enough covers for the proud stainless steel bolts and also the option to have the other fittings camouflaged. We have bought the other covers ourselves and are in the process of painting the other fittings with a primer and black Hammerite paint, which we feel gives a better overall finish. However we are very pleased with our balcony, are looking forward to enjoying it and would certainly recommend the company. ”
