This customer wanted to add additional outdoor living space to their property. Bradfabs transformed their home with a steel fabricated balcony - a stunning bespoke design, which creates a useful first floor living space, whilst adding value to the property.
A further notable project involved the transformation of a tired wooden balcony into a steel-fabricated design, with a sealed floor that enabled it to be used as a porch - contemporary, dual-purpose design, which enhances the aesthetics of the property.
Dated interiors can be brought up-to-date with a striking contemporary design, which enhances the space within a property.
This customer, for example, wanted to replace their wooden staircase with a bespoke Bradfabs design.
The result - a brushed stainless steel staircase with solid oak treads - is a fusion of traditional and contemporary design, which will last long into the future. Indeed, the staircase has already survived extensive seawater flooding!
This is another stunning staircase transformation - the rusting metal staircase was replaced with a bespoke galvanised steel fabrication. The new staircase is safe, durable, and significantly improves the overall look of the property.
Here is a bespoke design with a difference - Bradfabs manufactured and installed a glass canopy, which delivered rainwater into the fall pipe which was affixed to the outer wall of the property.
