Back in 1998, when Bradfabs was still fairly new in the Fabrication world having just begun the 7th year in operation, a 32 year old Adrian started working here as a fabricator, appointed by company founders Rob and Graham. After hardly any time at all, Adrian AKA Adi, proved himself to be a great asset to the team, with knowledge and skill in the trade and a friendly, easy-going personality to boot. Over the years Adi has worked tirelessly for the company, and has now been in his official role of ‘Works Foreman’ for 20 years!
So many people know of Adi from their interaction with Bradfabs, some may even just know him as ‘The man in the red overalls’! It has to be said, that one thing you can more or less guarantee, is that whatever time of day it is, Adi will be here! Starting work at around 4:30am and finishing at 6pm five days a week, it’s safe to say he’s an exceptionally hard worker, and in his spare time he enjoys holidays and time spent with his wife and their family.
All of us at Bradfabs know exactly how lucky we are to have such a valued and trusted person like Adi still with us after all this time. It’s not an easy job, as mentioned, it takes a lot of skill and knowledge of the job, along with precision and care and commitment, but Adi does just that, every single day.
