Safety and Utility with Bradfabs Fire Escapes

Bradfabs understands that not every space is the same and we take the time to survey your building to make sure we get it right. For instance, this project in London (pictured below) required an unorthodox design.
This complex staircase was delivered to offer upper floor residence a safe exit from the building when necessary. The fire escape stairs are composed of mild steel, galvanised and powder coated with top and mid rail. A unique solution to a unique problem.
We can also deliver outside staircases in curved or helix designs. This commercial project (pictured below) offered a safe connection from the upper floors to the ground without engulfing the space around the building.
Fire escapes are more than just utility and should act as a complimentary feature to your building rather than just a regulation requirement. Bradfabs in-house designers and engineers have nearly 30 experience designing solutions that are made to measure.
Below, is a project we completed as a replacement for an old set of fire escape stairs. We replaced the stairs with a mild steel and galvanised fire escape staircase complete with vertical bar balustrade and chequer plates treads.
This, as with all of our products, was designed and installed bespoke and made to the specific measurements taken onsite. We ensure that your fire escape staircase meets necessary regulation standards whilst also adding a pleasing visual asset to your building.
